The Eclipse Wings consist of 4 different shaped pieces that create each side of the wing. 8 in total with one centre yoke. The laser cut aluminium frame is powder coated in rose gold coloured paint. The 100% silk organza is adhered to each vein and sealed to prevent fraying. Vein pieces are drilled for the bolt ready to attach to the aluminium yoke. Each wing set is layered and can be twisted and posed to get the desired effect. The aluminium yoke and veins can be bent to shape. The yoke has been designed to sit down the back of a corset and when the corset is tightly laced, this holds the wings in position against the body. The yoke can also be laced with a ribbon and worn over the shoulders. Use the spanner and Allen key provided to tighten the bolt with the plastic washers that are placed between each vein. Wings come already assembled and bolted to the yoke for easy storage & transportation. Wings come flat and will require bending & posing.
ATTENTION: These wings are made from delicate silk fabric and care must be taken to avoid damage to the fabric. Do not get wet, do not steam, keep away from heat. Store assembled and hang vertical from the yoke, keep away from direct sunlight and use a dust cover for long periods of storage.
